Job Description / Responsibility

• Manage feed mill operation in an efficient manner delivering consistent quality of finish goods
• Overall implementation of 5S, GMP, TQM, QA & KAIZEN. Establish a preventative maintenance program
• Overall production planning and implementation
• Responsible to ensure safety, good & green and healthy environment
• Dealing with all local government & non-government office/labor contractor for factory purpose
• Working closely with all the departments of feed mill. Overseeing all feed production and delivery activities & review daily
• production reports. Ensure proper emphasis to product quality and review/work with nutritionist

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any UGC approved reputed university is a mandatory requirement
• Having MBA from any UGC approved reputed university will be treated as an added advantage

Experience Requirements

At least 10 year(s)

• Working knowledge of Budgets, forecasting and metrics
• SAP Software knowledge is required
• Knowledge of feed manufacturing equipment operation and maintenance
• Knowledge of supporting maintenance functions
• Knowledge of feed industry regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate people
• Effective Coordination with cross functional Teams
