Job Description / Responsibility

• Prepare production plan and implement to achieve the daily/monthly production target and delivery of the orders in time.
• Plan and supervise production floor.
• Monitor production process and remove system losses in the production to improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper man & machine for production output consistency.
• Increase company`s productivity by making optimum use of the available resources` (man, machine and materials).
• Plans, schedules and coordinates activities to fulfill sales orders, meet inventory requirements and deliver in time quality products.
• Evaluates and recommends changes in methods and procedures to improve quality and delivery time
• Acts as a liaison with other departments
• Prepares reports concerning production activities
• Responsible for training and developing assigned employees
• Leads the investigation for customer service dissatisfaction
• Any other work assign by the management.
• Job Location: Kashimpur Office (Uttara)

Educational Requirements

Candidates should have Masters/ MBA (Marketing/ Management) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Age At most 40 year(s)
• At least 05 years experience in relevant fields (Consumer product like Rice brain Oil, Soyabean Oil, Coconut Oil etc. (FMCG).
• Ability to forecast future market & respond to the market shifting and adopting new policies.
• Computer skills are necessary.
